Implementation of own and other projects
For our clients, our construction company realizes family houses and other buildings mainly according to our own projects. In agreement with investors, we are also happy to realize constructions according to the projects of other architectural offices. However, extra care must be taken in the preparation of the building.

The assignment - i.e. complete project documentation in the DPS stage and a bill of quantities (budget) from the designer.
We can prepare the project to the stage for construction, as well as prepare a bill of quantities and a budget. However, these are chargeable services and it will hold up the entire implementation until we have prepared these documents.
In most cases and if we have the relevant documents, we submit our offer within 14 days.
We start construction within 14 days of signing the contract.
