The investment project involves the reconstruction/reconstruction of a family house from 1932 in Všerubská Street in Prague. The aim is to remove the existing building, which is no longer suitable for housing purposes. On the site of the original building it is intended to build a new two-storey building, with an extension to the garden area.
The building will be filled with family housing. It is planned to build three residential units-two identical 2+kk units and a third two-storey 5+kk unit in the garden part of the building. A garage will be built in the south-western part of the plot.
The challenge of this project was to address the small size of the site, to address the entrance to the site and also to address the traffic circulation. The layout is a very well thought out concept that tries to use every space efficiently so that all the required operations can fit into the limited area. Building in a void is always a big challenge and here we have managed to make the most of the existing land to the satisfaction of the future users.
We are a team of experienced architects and building engineers who will create a project for your house and reliably implement its construction exactly according to your wishes – from the initial survey to the final move-in.
A view of the project from several perspectives.
We work as a team, and the advantage of teamwork is looking at the problem from different perspectives. We are able to explore multiple options, consider different project concepts and find the optimal solution.
Meeting investment costs and deadlines.
An essential aspect for successful implementation is the high quality of the final work, meeting the agreed deadline for implementation and, of course, meeting the investment costs.
Implementation under the supervision of architects.
In order to achieve a high quality building, you need a regular check directly from the father of the idea, i.e. the architect who conceived the architectural design of your project.
Seamless synergy between architects and builders.
Since our team of specialists includes both architects and builders who have been working together for a long time, we are able to ensure a smooth and seamless continuity of these different professions.
